All Annex Suspension Group™ products come with 1 year limited warranty against manufacturer defects from the date of purchase. The 1 year limited warranty is non-transferable and only covers product(s) purchased directly from Annex Suspension Group™ or from its authorized resellers. The original invoice is required for any warranty claim. Annex Suspension Group™ is not responsible for any fees for installation, removal, repair, replacement, or other incidental charges.
Warranty Does Not Cover the Following:
Any damage caused by collision or accident.
Any damage that shows abuse, improper use or storage of the product.
Any products that are not installed by a certified mechanic.
Any damage caused by improper installation.
Any unauthorized modifications or repairs on the products.

Warranty claim form
Original invoice that states the date of purchase, product information and authorized seller’s information.
Picture(s) or video(s) that show visible defect.
Shock absorber serial number(s)
Dated pictures of the left and right side of the vehicle
If we cannot identify the issue through picture(s) or video(s), customer may return the defected product(s) to us for a thorough inspection.
