Spring Rate Consultation: You completed our spring rate consultation and selected spring rates that we have advised would suit your desired ride quality and performance balance.

Professional Installation: The suspension was installed and test-driven by a licensed professional automotive repair facility or performance shop.

Proof of Installation: You must provide verifiable proof of correct installation (e.g., an itemized shop invoice, installation records, and photos).

Diagnostic Effort: You made reasonable attempts with the installing facility to diagnose and resolve any potential installation issues before requesting a return.

Original Purchase: The order was placed directly on AnnexSuspensionGroup.com or through an authorized dealer.

Terms & Exclusions:

Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping fees and any additional costs accrued (including labor, shop fees, removal costs, or diagnostic expenses) are non-refundable.

Damage Coverage: Items damaged due to causes not covered under our standard warranty are ineligible for return under this guarantee.

Processing Time: Please allow 6-8 weeks for refund processing after we receive and inspect the returned item.

No Fine Print. No BS. All Annex Suspension Group™ products come with 5 and 1year limited warranty against manufacturer defects from the date of purchase. The 5 and 1 year limited warranty is non-transferable and only covers product(s) purchased directly from Annex Suspension Group™ or from its authorized resellers. The original invoice is required for any warranty claim. Annex Suspension Group™ is not responsible for any fees for shipping, installation, removal, repair, replacement, or other incidental charges.

5 years of warranty covers the following parts:

1 Year Warranty Coverage

1 year of warranty covers the following parts:

  • Seals
  • Shafts
  • Fluids
  • Leaking shocks

Warranty Does Not Cover the Following:

  • Any damage caused by collision or accident.
  • Any damage that shows abuse, improper use or storage of the product
  • Any products that are not installed by a certified mechanic.
  • Any damage caused by improper installation
  • Any unauthorized modifications or repairs on the products.

Required Information Documents for Warranty:

  • Warranty claim form
  • Original invoice that states the date of purchase, product information and authorized seller’s information.
  • Picture(s) or video(s) that show visible defect.
  • Shock absorber serial number(s)
  • Dated pictures of the left and right side of the vehicle

If we cannot identify the issue through picture(s) or video(s), customer may return the defected product(s) to us for a thorough inspection.
