All orders placed with Annex Suspension Group™ (phone, fax, mail, verbal, e-mail or online), either directly or through another authorized dealer, constitute the acknowledgement and acceptance of all of the conditions listed below:
DISCLAIMER
Items that are sold by Annex Suspension Group™, may not be legal for street use in all states. It is the buyer’s responsibility to comply with applicable state laws. Buyer should understand that due to strict U.S. Federal and state safety crash guidelines, Annex Suspension Group™ is not responsible or liable for any damages or any injuries that incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error, incorrect installations, bad judgment, or natural disasters. It is recipient responsibility for assuring the product can be legally imported to the destination country when ordering outside of the United States of America.
All products are intended for off-road use and should be used for that intended purpose only. Annex Suspension Group™ does not take responsibility for buyer’s installation, modifications that caused any unusual stress of the product(s). The buyer assumes all responsibilities for determining the suitability of the products. Annex Suspension Group™ is not responsible for any damages incurred either directly or indirectly on the vehicles or operators/passengers within the vehicles. All Annex Suspension Group™ product(s) must be professionally installed by a certified mechanic.
PAYMENT TERMS
Price on annexsuspension.com are shown in US dollars.
Annex Suspension group™ accepts credit cards, Paypal, Paypal Credit and bank wire transfers with appropriate billing and shipping addresses to be verified. A credit card authorization form is required if shipping and billing addresses are different. All orders are to be paid in full at the time of purchase unless we contact you otherwise.
SHIPPING
All Annex Suspension Group™ products required in house assembly and inspection so please allow up to 72 hours to process and ship your order. Annex Suspension Group™ provides free shipping on any item that is over $1000 for customers located in the 48 contiguous continental states. Free shipping do not apply for Hawaii, Alaska and any international orders. Shipping cost is not refundable.
All Annex Suspension Group™ products are shipped via UPS/ FedEx/ USPS/ DHL standard shipping with signature required.
Receiving customer is responsible for the original shipping cost and any additional charges due to any of the following:
Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Packing slips/ invoice for international shipments cannot be marked as a “gift” or with altered prices.
RETURNS
Damaged Product(s)
If you receive a shipment with damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please notify us within 2 days of receiving the package(s). Do not send the package(s) back without Annex Suspension Group™ approval.
Retail Customers’ Return
Any returns without a RMA number will not be accepted. A 15% restocking fee may be applicable if the package(s) is returned with minor damaged. If the product(s) is deemed unsaleable, there will be no refund.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be requested within 7 days of delivery of the product(s) for a full refund. Original invoice is required. Once approved, the returns must be postmarked within 7 days after RMA number issued. The product(s) must be brand new, unused, and uninstalled. The product(s) must have the original packaging, materials, and accessories, including instructions, packaging inserts and promotional items. The original shipping and return shipping cost to send the product(s) back is not refundable.
If the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is requested after 7 days of delivery of the product(s), a 15% restocking fee will be applied. The original shipping and return shipping cost to send the product(s) back is not refundable. There will be no return or refund after 30 days of delivery of the product(s).
Distributors’ Return
Any returns without a RMA number will not be accepted. A 15% restocking fee may be applicable if the package(s) is returned with minor damaged. If the product(s) is deemed unsaleable, there will be no refund.

WARRANTY
All Annex Suspension Group™ products come with 1 year limited warranty against manufacturer defects from the date of purchase. The 1 year limited warranty is non-transferable and only covers product(s) purchased directly from Annex Suspension Group™ or from its authorized resellers. The original invoice is required for any warranty claim. Annex Suspension Group™ is not responsible for any fees for installation, removal, repair, replacement, or other incidental charges.

If we cannot identify the issue through picture(s) or video(s), customer may return the defected product(s) to us for a thorough inspection.
CUSTOMIZED ORDERS
All custom-built orders require a 50% non-fundable deposit and will take approximately 4-8 weeks for delivery. If there is any cancellation by the buyer for any reason, the deposit is forfeited immediately. In addition, Annex Suspension Group™ is not responsible for any delayed orders. Buyer shall not be entitled to charge backs, reductions of price, or other offsets as a result of late shipment. Buyer agrees that special orders’ arrive date is not guaranteed.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
All prices and discounts are subject to change without notice. Annex Suspension Group™ is not responsible for any typographical errors, misprints or computer glitches on this site and reserves the right to cancel orders that have been placed with such errors.
