Introducing our latest coilovers for the GR Corolla, an innovative approach in the world of GRC Suspension.
Our efforts have led to the achievement of three key objectives:
1. Ultimate Performance Damper: Experience top-notch performance with an ultra-rigid inverted monotube front damper, designed for extreme conditions such as road racing and rally cross.
2. Effortless Adjustment: Enjoy hassle-free damper setting adjustments without the need to jack up or disassemble your car.
3. Supreme Plushness and Performance: Immerse yourself in a smooth ride with low friction seals, meticulous valving, and the luxurious touch of Amsoil synthetic shock oil – enhancing both plushness and damper performance.
Our journey began with precision 3D scanning of stock Core and Morizo edition Corolla models, followed by meticulous 3D rendering to comprehend suspension kinematics and establish target frequencies. The GRC, featuring a front cowl and trunk without holes, posed a challenge for traditional coilover adjustments. In response, we innovatively flipped both front and rear shocks upside down, reducing unsprung weight and facilitating easy damper adjustments without lifting or disassembling the car.
Our calculated damping based on our race-winning formulas result in a ride quality smoother than stock yet significantly improves handling and grip on the Core, Circuit, and Morizo edition GRCs.
