CLUBSPEC PRO

CHAMPIONSHIP WINNING PERFORMANCE
ClubSpec Pro is for dedicated track
enthusiasts that want a stiffer spring rate with a more track-oriented valving package. ClubSpec Pro was designed to be the fastest single adjustable damper on the market. We engineered our own double digressive race pistons and valving profiles that have been spec’d for every chassis. Clubspec Pro devours track curbing, however, care is still taken to ensure that ride quality is not lost.
Each set of Annex coilovers are hand-built by our California team to your exact needs.

DESIGNED TO WIN
We win because of our extensive testing at tracks like Laguna Seca, Buttonwillow, or Thunderhill Raceway. Our customers and Team Drivers have set numerous new lap time records on ClubSpec Pros™.

NO COMPROMISE
Our team is relentless, because we know that’s what it takes to win.
This dedication is apparent when looking at the product itself, but just as impressive
is the blood, sweat, and tears that have been poured in by the engineering team in the pursuit of speed.

HAND BUIT IN THE BAY AREA, CA
Annex Suspension Group™ is a team of genuinely passionate engineers, road racers, and enthusiasts,
all aligned to the same goal – maximizing the enjoyment of driving the car you love. We do everything in-house, from designing and testing to assembling;
it’s all done in Fremont, California. We’re also heavily involved in our local car scene by supporting locally-owned shops and attending track events.

DESIGNED TO BE THE FASTEST SINGLE ADJUSTABLE DAMPER ON THE MARKET
Exotic materials and processes, exquisite engineering, and unrivaled performance that simply can’t be matched by mass-produced dampers.
MORE GRIP WITH OUR VERY OWN DOUBLE DIGRESSIVE RACE PISTONS

1
Aerospace Tech for the Win
ClubSpec pistons are designed in house and machined out of super hard and light 7075 T6 aluminum, and then Type III hard anodized for extreme durability, race after race.

2
Optimized Port Shapes
Radiused ports reduce fluid cavitation at very high shock speeds resulting in repeatable performance. A $1mm 5-axis CNC machine is required for all of our ClubSpec pistons.

3
Curb Demolishing Flow
Our engineers maximized the piston port area for maximum flow which is crucial for soaking up curbing on track.

4
“Less than a Human Hair” Won’t Do.
ClubSpec Pistons adhere to tolerances that are less than 10 microns, or 1/5th the width of a single human hair. Tight tolerances are crucial for delivering the consistent performance that ClubSpecs are known for.

Real Custom Valving Derived from Math:
Unlike other suspension companies, we don’t rely on just
subjective feedback or off the shelf valving for any of our products.
We use our in-house data and our own mathematical models
to create custom valving based on the unique attributes of your
race car or class rules. No guesswork, just race winning performance.

EXTENDED SHOCK BODIES AND HELPER SPRINGS
ClubSpec Pro is equipped with extended shock bodys and helper springs for max droop and to maximize droop and grip over various track surfaces as standard. Competition cars need to use helper springs on a race-prepared suspension to help the car put the power down on corner exit!

"Needless to say, the car performed amazingly well. We beat our old PB by 2+ seconds and have set class records and the NA overall record for this chassis."
- Joe McGuigan
"I was able to chip away and ultimately grab the class 4 record at this track with a time of 1:30.223. The Annex Suspension Group ClubSpec Pro coilovers really helped me on this particularly bumpy stretch of road."
- Taylor Chase
"It is a wonderful thing when developers of a product involve their customer base in the R&D and listen to their feedback and ideas. It is also then quite telling that I will not miss my old suspension after swapping over to the CSP’s. Thanks Annex!"
- Kevin Schweigert
REAL Hands-On Development.
We spent countless hours and weekends at local race tracks with our team drivers to test and further develop our product in real world conditions.
When testing at Thunderhill Raceway for our first time, we attached a shock pot and an accelerometer on all 4 corners of one of our sponsored driver’s Subaru BRZ.
One of the goals for us with this project was improving how the car handles Turn 3 at Thunder Hill West as it seemed like most shocks struggle on that turn, and we wanted to know why. What we found was that although the road looks relatively smooth in person, when hitting that turn at 80 mph we are using all of the available stroke on that bump, and we have more stroke than any other independent height adjustable setup on the market.
