Introducing Our New Motorsport Pro Coilovers with Remote Reservoirs

The Genesis of Our Motorsport Pro Coilovers
This program started after some of our customers with ClubSpec model of coilovers had been asking if we could help them get to the next level with a remote reservoir solution with independent compression adjustability.
We plan to build these as either two or three way adjustable coilovers in either new build form, or as an upgrade for those who already have our ClubSpec pro coilovers system.

Precision and Perfection
Release date is to be determined as we are collecting feedback from our test drivers, however this product is the results of months of testing in our lab and is only being released once we are completely happy with the results. Every aspect of this solution has been scrutinized over even covering things as small as the precision and strength of the circlips used to connect the oil lines.
We understand that not all remote canisters are created equal. That’s why we collaborate with renowned European companies to provide the highest-grade equipment tailored to our designs and requirements. Our canisters are engineered for minimal internal friction and maximum durability. This translates to reduced hysteresis, longer service intervals, and an incredibly plush suspension feel.
Aerospace-Grade Excellence
Quality matters, and that’s why our compression adjusters and canisters are precision-machined from aerospace-grade 7075 aluminum. This not only reduces weight but also enhances the ultimate strength of our coilovers, setting them apart from the competition. Even our preload adjuster springs undergo meticulous quality control to ensure uniform performance.
We have also been doing testing with dry break fittings, so that you can quickly remove your suspension in the pits, as well as easier servicing of the remote canisters and shocks when needed. These will be available at an additional cost.
Unlike many smaller workshops, we have invested in a dedicated vacuum machine to purge the shocks of all air and then fill with non-aerated oil. This is an essential part of delivering valving that is repeatable and responsive.
Versatility and Performance
As with all of our products, the Annex Motorsport Pro line will allow drivers to have both great comfort and grip over rough services, but will also allow drivers to fine-tune initial turn in response, as well as chassis behavior over a large hits like berms or large bumps on track.
How do you know if you need a double or single justable canister (aka 2 or 3 way adjustable coilovers)? The majority of your compression adjustment will be from a single adjustment (the low speed compression) but if you are reaching for as fast as possible lap times you may also want to adjust high speed compression to fine-tune the fuel of your dampers as well as its response over high speed hits. The reality is you can actually achieve a lot of the adjustment that you may need with just a low speed adjuster as our high-speed compression tunes are based on our racing experience and data logging. But if you have the budget for high speed compression adjustment, we certainly recommend it.
With Annex Motorsport Pro drivers can now tune their chassis to best suit their track conditions as well as adjust for supreme comfort on the fly.
a. Wide adjustment range for low speed compression. Allows damper to be tuned for grip levels and chassis dynamics. Moderate change in handling balance possible as well.
b. Wide adjustment range for high speed compression. Superior tunability for curbing and chassis feel.
